Come. Each Inflection Point in this Nations History represents a fundamental choice. I believe that america at this moment is facing such a choice, and the choice is this. We are going to continue with a economy with the overwhelming share of the benefits going to the corporations and the very wealthy or are we going to take this moment right now to set this country on a new path. One that invests in this nation, creates real sustained economic growth and that benefits everyone, including the working and middleclass folks that is something that we have not realized in the country for decades. The data, excuse me, the data is absolutely clear. Over the past 40 years, the wealthy have gotten wealthier, and too many corporations have lost their sense of responsibility to the workers, their communities and the country. Just look at the facts. The ceos used to make 20 times average worker in the company that they ran. Today they make more 350 times what the average worker in their corporation makes. Since the pandemic began, billionaires have seen their wealth go up by 1. 8 Trillion. So everyone who was a billionaire before the pandemic began the total accumulated wealth beyon the billions has gone up by 1. 8 Trillion. So simply not fair. And it is how is that possible that 55 of the largest corporations in this country pay Zero Dollars in federal income taxes. And they made over 40 Billion in the year 2020 and they paid zero. Think about that. Zero dollars in federal taxes on 40 Billion in profits. Hows it possible that the wealthiest billionaires in the country can escape paying taxes, and how is that possible for millionaires and billionaires who can pay a lower rate of tax than teachers, firefighters and Law Enforcement officers. Heres the simple truth. For a long time, this economy has worked great for those at the very top. While ordinary hardworking americans, the people who built this country have been basically cut out of the deal. I have said it from the time i announced that i would run, i believe this is the moment of potentially great change. This is our moment to deal working people back into the economy. This is our moment to prove that the american people that their Government Work for them and not just for the big corporations and those at the very top. When i was sworn in as president , the nation was struggling to pull out of the worst economic crisis since the great depression. Job growth was anemic, and with just over 60,000 new jobs per month in the three months before i was sworn in. And then we went to work. And we passed the american Rescue Plan in march. It worked. It is still working. Over the last three months, we have been creating on average 750,000 new jobs per month. Our economy is growing at the fastest rate that we have seen in nearly 40 years. Our recovery is unique in the world. We are the only developed country in the world whose economy is now bigger than it was before the pandemic. While this is all good news, i know that many americans are still struggling to make it through each and everyday. For too many, it is harder and harder to pay the bills and food, gas, rent, Health Care. I get it. We still have a Long Way To Go to get the economy where it needs to be. As i said for a long time, coming out of the economic crisis as deep as the one that we were in was never going to be easy. But we are doing it, and we continue to do it. The covid, and Supply Chain issues and bad actors seeking to profit off of the issues, and that is why Making Covid the top priority in my first days, and everything, everything from the Public Health to economy depends upon it. We have made enormous progress against the summer, and now we are in a strong position to battle this delta variant. That is why the propoals against the vaccines are so important. To requiring the federal workers to be vaccinated and requiring employers with more than 100 workers to require vaccines or Test Protocols and calling on them to be able to know what their employees are doing before they walk through the door. Calling for a Vaccine Or Test requirements to enter big venues. And a whole series of steps that i proposed to protect our kids in schools. Wall street firms have analyzed the impact of these plans, and they are projecting that these new requirements will help 12 Million more americans to get vaccinated which is going to help more businesses to stay open and more americans to work. The vast americans agree with the proposals and no surprise given that 66 of american adults have gotten at least one shot. But, we are facing a lot of pushback especially from some of the republican governors. The governors of florida and texas are doing everything they can to undermine the lifesaving requirements that i propose, and some of the same governors attacking me are some of the states with the strictest vaccines is of children attending school in the entire country. For example, in mississippi, children are required to be vaccinated against measles, mumps, rubella, chicken box, tetanus, and more. These are state requirements. But this the midst of a pandemic that has taken over 660,000 lives, i propose a requirement for covid vaccines and the governor of that state calls it, quote, a tyrannical type move. A tyrannical type move. That is the worst kind of politic, the because it is putting the lives of citizens of their states and especially children at risk. I refuse to give into it. These policies are what the science tells us that we need to do. They are going to save lives and protect the economic recovery as well, and allow the economy to continue to grow. We are also going after the bad actors of the pandemic profiteers. There is evidence that gas should be going down. And taxpayers have been paying an extraordinary price to keep the economy going, and unlike the last administration which resisted oversight and allowed taxpayers to be vulnerable to fraud, we are protecting americans to keep their identity from being stolen and their checks from being stolen as well. We will go after the organized criminals who are defrauding americans or misuse covid funds. Look, we are taking a look at the places in the economy where fewer and fewer corporate giants are controlling the marketplace where they work. Look at agriculture, and the food industry, and a small number of giant corporations dominate the market. That gives them the ability to drive up price, because they face so little competition. As we work to build better our economy, the health Rescue Plan we passed in march is working to give hardworking americans, and hardworking people some relief. One of the best examples of the relief is the expansion of the Child Tax Credit which in effect is essentially a historic Tax Cut for families with children. Just yesterday, 39 Million Working Moms and dads got their direct payment. That is going to help to cover groceries and the mortgage and new pairs of shoes and all of the things that kids need. It is a Tax Cut for working families. So, we are working to provide as much relief as we can right now to american families, but heres the truth, yes, the pandemic has caused a lot of economic problems in the country, but the fact is that our economy faced chals long before the pandemic struck. Working people who are struggling to make it long before the pandemic arrived, the corporations and the very wealthy were doing very well before the pandemic. That is why i have said starting back in my campaign for president , this is not enough to just Build Back. We have to Build Back better than before. And that is how it all begins. Big corporations and the super wealthy have to pay their fair share of taxes. It is long overdue. I am not out to punish anyone. Im a capitalist. If you can make A Million or billion, that is great. God bless you, but i am asking that you pay your fair share. Pay your fair share. Just like middleclass folks do. But that is not happening now. Today in this country, the Top 1 for example evade an estimated 160 Billion in taxes that they owe each year. Not new tax, but taxes that they owe. The way it works is this, if you are a typical american like i suspect that most of the press people are sitting in front of me. You pay your taxes. Why . Because you get a w2 form. It comes in the mail. Every year. The irs gets that information as well. Your taxes get deducted from your paycheck and you pay what is owed beyond that. Thats why 99 of working people pay the taxes they owe. But, that is not how it works for people with tens of millions of dollars. They play by a different set of rules. They are often not employees themselves. So the irs cant see what they make. And cant tell if they are cheating. That is how many of the Top 1 get away with paying virtually nothing. It is estimated by serious economists that number is 160 Billion collectively each year that is not paid. It is not an even playing field. My plan would help to solve that. So i am giving the irs the resources it needs to keep up with the lawyers and the accountants it needs of the super wealthy and asks for two pieces of information from the banks of these folks that amounts that come into the bank accounts, and what amounts go out of their bank accounts. So that wealthy can no longer hide what they are making. They can finally begin to pay their fair share what they owe. That is not about raising their taxes. It is about the super wealthy beginning to pay what they owe, and what the existing Tax Code calls for, and just like hardworking americans do all over the country every tax day. Look, and like i said a few minutes ago, 55 most profitable corporations in america paid zero in federal income taxes. Of what amounted to 40 Billion in profit. Not a penny. My economic plan is going to change that. It is not to punish anybody but to pay their fair share. My republican colleagues dont want to change the law. So what are they doing . They are attacking me and my plan. That is fine. But they are going to have a debate, have an honest debate. My republican friends are attacking the plan saying it is big spending, but let me remind you that these are the folks who passed the trump Tax Cut totaling almost 2 Trillion in Tax Cuts a giant give away to the giant corporations of the Top 10 , and listen to this, almost none of the 2 Trillion Tax Cut was paid for. It just ballooned the federal deficit, and in fact, the unpaid bills racked up by the last administration are projected to increase the national debt by more than 8 Trillion over time. What i am proposing is totally different from that approach for three reasons. My plan is paid for. It is fiscally responsible, because our investments are paid for by making sure that the corporations of the wealthy pay their fair share, and secondly, we wont raise taxes the of anybody who makes over 400,000 and that is a lot of money. Some of my liberal friends say it should be lower than that, but only corporations and individuals making over 400,000 will be paying an additional tax, and third, not only will those making above 400,000 be paying more, but those making below will be seeing Tax Cuts and brakes. My plan helps those ordinary americans and not those at the top who dont need the help. It is a middle american Tax Cut to help over 50 Million families. My republican friends are making a different choice though. Theyd rather protect the Tax Breaks of those at the very top, and give the Tax Breaks to working families. It is that simple. But let me ask you this, where is it written that of all of the Tax Breaks in the american Tax Code go to the corporations and the very top . It is enough. I am tired of it. For me it is pretty simple, it is about time working people got the Tax Breaks in this country. That is what my plan does. But here is what it also does by asking the big corporations of the very wealthy to pay their fair share, it makes it possible to invest in america, to invest in the american people. According to the leading economist, forecasters like moodys, and the financial institutions, my plan is going to create, and make us more competitive, and create jobs and grow our economy and lessen, and not increase inflationary pressure. I dont know what has been handed out today, but by the way, 15 nobel laureates in economics released a Letter Yesterday arguing the exact same point. They said, and i quote, and this is from 15 Nobel Lauriets in ecomonic, and i quote, because of this agenda, the one that i am talking about, mine, and because this agenda invests in longterm economic capacity and enhance more americans to participate more productively in the economy, it is going to ease longterm Inflationary Pressures. Ease it. And let me just highlight a few places of the plan. I know this is long, and i apologize, but it is important. My plan lowers the cost of Day Care and Child Care and Elder Care for families, and the added benefit of millions of people, and mostly women who are not able to go back to work because of very young Family Members or the elderly people they are taking care of. It allows them to go back to work. It is estimated in the millions who cant go back, and lowers the Health Care premiums for millions of families and lowers the prescription costs. It strengthens this medicare by adding dental, Vision And Hearing coverage if you are on medicare. It also extends the Tax Cut for families with kids that we passed in the american Rescue Plan in march. All of this will mean thousands of dollars in savings for the average american family in some of the toughest bills they have to pay every month. My republican friends talk about inflation. But do you want to talk about actually lowering the cost of living for people in this country, my plan does that by strengthening the capacity of the economy, we will reduce the Inflationary Pressures of the long run, and this is Something Else that my plan does. It confronts crisis of the Extreme Weather events that we are seeing all around us, and around the world, but just here in america. We see it everywhere. We know it is real. And just in the past few week, and there is more to come, i have seen the destruction of hurricanes in louisiana, the winds got up to gusts of 179 miles per hour, a deadly toll from flooding in New York where 20 inches of rain and New Jersey and more than 11 inches of rain in some areas, and more than 5 Million acres of our lands and communities have burned to the ground and wildfires just this year alone. That is more than the size of the entire state of New Jersey, burned to the ground. When i was out in california, i flew over some of the areas. And in addition, there is a severe drought in the midwest. There is a blinking Code Red out there for the nation. We cant wait to act. Extreme weather just last year cost the american public 99 Billion in damage. 99 Billion in damage last year. Unfortunately, we are likely to break that record this year. And the evidence is overwhel hmming. That every dollar that we invest in resilience saves 6 down the road when the next fire does not spread as widely or the Power Station holds up against the storm. We need to build with resilience, we are Sill Yens In with resilience in mind, and the roads are built higher and the Transition Lines are built stronger, and so i hope that we are past debating Climate Change in this country. So now we have the act, and act fast. My plan does that. Let me end with this, this pandemic has been god awful for so many reasons. Lost lives and as i said over 660,000, the jobs, the businesses lost, the lost time in school for our kids, but it does present us with an opportunity. We can build an economy that gives the working people a fair shot this time. We can restore some sanity and fairs on the the Tax Code. We can make the investments that we know are long overdue in the nation. That is exactly what my bipartisan Infrastructure Plan does. I should say our bipartisan Infrastructure Plan does. Roads, highways and clean water, and quality affordable places for families to live, and we can invest in our people. Giving our families a little help with their toughest expenses like Day Care, Child Care, Elder Care, prescription drugs, Health Care, and preparing the young people to compete against anybody in the world, and preschool and community college. We can confront this crisis of Climate Change, and not only help our communities, but create new jobs, and in short, this is the opportunity to be the nation that we know we can be, the nation where all of us, all of us, and not just those at the top are getting a benefit of the growing economy the years ahead. Lets not squander this moment trying to preserve the economy that has not worked too well for the americans for a long time, and lets not work backward trying to rebuild what we had. President biden there not stopping to take any questions, but we heard the President Detail what is at stake as he sees it as the administration is fighting for an economy that works for all americans and not just the super rich. I want to bring in the digital white House Reporter Shannon Prettypiece and white House Correspondent stephanie ruhle. So this is two audiences, one is to bring the american people up to speed for what he is trying to do, and the other is lawmakers on capitol hill, and the president was trying to define the Negotiating Environment given that there are sharp divisions among democrats about how much this social Spending Bill should cost and what should be in it. Right. I know that we were talking about this earlier in the day, geoff. This is the type of speech that you would have expected to hear from the president in august when the White House wanted to be laying the groundwork so when congress got back in september they could have hit the ground running, and now they are quite a ways into september, several weeks in, and there an expectation or a hope at least that something could get passed with one of the bills in the next few week, and here now, you have the president laying the groundwork, and making the case, reminding the american people of what he wants to see congress do. So a message that we could have seen a month ago if it werent for afghanistan and covid and the string of disasters the president making now. And to your point, he is certainly talking to american people when he is talking about no one making more than 400,000 a year is going to see their taxes going up. And we he is talking about people still suffering from the pandemic, and up on capitol hill, and calling out republicans directly saying that, accusing them at least of only wanting to put in the Tax Breaks for corporations, and saying that he is tired of it. He does not think it is written down anywhere in the constitution that only the rich, and the corporations should get Tax Breaks. So continuing the messaging from White House, and push as they are trying to get the message out there, and really navigate this Rocky Road ahead of them in congress. Steph, look, the Value Proposition of the Biden Presidency is that he and Vice President Kamala Harris would create an economy that works for working people, and you hear them say that all of the time. How is he is going to do it . Well, it is a challenge, because he is speaking to the lawmakers and the american people. When you listen to a speech like that across the board, people will say, amen, and we want the ceo and the Worker Play Start to collapse, and the divide between the two, and the companies that he talked about paying zero in taxes need to start paying, but what he needs to do is to pull his party together, and get some republicans on board, and it is a challenge. You have moderate democrats in the house in higher tax states who say that a family making 400,000 a year, yes, it is a lot of money, but in a state like New York or New Jersey, that doesnt go very far if you are compared it to other states like Alabama And Louisiana and lawmakers in the states who are saying that unless the president helps to push the state and local Tax Deduction back in, they dont have voters to get on board. And another thing is that elizabeth Warrens Wealth Tax is not in there, and so they would not get to 28 which is what President Biden initially wanted and if you can remember back to 2017, that is what the corporations were asking for. They wanted to get their rate lowered to 28 , and then President Trump gave them the biggest kiss in the world, and dropped them down to 21 . So you need to see the corporations paying more in taxes, but this idea that the wealthy are going to pay more or the superwealthy, we are not seeing that. We are seeing the increased tax on the income and not the wealth, and it is the super, Super Rich Americans who are able to use the loopholes and pay nothing. Well, steph, about the messaging, because the president leaned into the populism here, and he said that rich play by a different set of rules and the not the even playing field. And regular people dont hate the Super Rip or the billionaires or the millionaires, and so they want to be that way, and if the super populist message worked we would have a president sanders or elizabeth warren, and so how much is this message going to resonate . Yes, that is a very good point, because what does one define rich. And people want to be rich. And so people are cheating, and he was talking about that, and he smartly said, i dont have a problem with capitalism, i am a capitalism. If you make a billion, God Bless You, but just pay your taxes. So the majority of the american people, and you dont have to be all of the way to the left or the right and say simply stop cheating The System or improve the rules of the game so there are not the legal loopholes to go through, and people talk about the businesses cheating The System, and here is the problem, geoff, they are legally cheating The System, and those companies that are paying the zero taxes, if it were illegal, they would be in trouble, so change the law or they wouldnt. So people want to be rich. They dont hate the rich, but they hate that the rich can afford to game The System so they dont have to pay anything, because most people out, there they pay the tax, and they Cant Game The System, and they dont have their own Accountant Or Tax accountant, and as long as somebody has a Tax Adviser or tax consultant. And regular People Cant go to H R Block to get zero. And they dont have the bels and whistles, but i assure you that the super rich, they have bells and whistles. Stephanie ruhle is making it plain as always. And shannon, you are going to stick around, because the president defended his call for the vaccines that you heard in that speech. There is a critical Vote Tomorrow that could make or break the white House Plan to provide boosters, and what should be a top discussion of scientists and doctors has spilled into a public debate of whether the evidence supports need. The pandemic itself has taken an alarming turn that 1 in 500 americans has died of covid. In idaho, officials have announced they have moved to Crisis Standard of care. So in other words, they are rationing the care. As they put it bluntly, somebody who is otherwise healthy and would have otherwise needed access to a ventilator over someone who is not likely to recover. So whether you a patient because of Covid Or Heart Attack Or Car accident, and so idaho is one of the least vaccinated states. There is no surprise that 90 of the new cases, hospitalizations and deaths are from people who are unvaccinated. The tragic headlines are spreading far and wide. This is from kentucky. Misinformation killed her. The bridetobe who would not get vaccinated dies. And this is from oregon, the parents die of an 8yearold. And this one, one parent died who was unvaccinated. And in alaska, people are told to wait in their cars for hours, because hospitals are rationing care. And yet, we are locked in a debate for a third shot of those who have done their part. Doctors are divided and the americans are left not knowing what to make of it all as we approach 2,000 covid deaths a day. Back with me now is Nbc News digital reporter shannon pettypiece, and our Vanderbilt Professor of infectious diseases dr. Ramoin and our Msnbc Correspondent as well. So i want to start with you, doctor. Help us to understand what this debate is about as far as the booster . Well, the debate is about when we will need Booster Shots here. You have to remember that when we started, we gave people vaccines, and just a few weeks apart, three weeks and four weeks apart, because we needed to get the neutralizing antibodies up, and have as much immunity, because we were facing a tsunami of cases and deaths, but many of the vaccines require another vaccine spread six months apart, or six months later. So this is no good deed going unpunished, so we needed the people vaccinated quickly and provide immunity, the but overtime, we are likely to see the decrease in immunity to this virus. We are starting to see the data from israel, and we are also seeing the breakthrough cases everywhere here, but the question is really not just about or about if we are going to be needing a booster, but it is about when. We do know that right now people who are immunecompromised, they should be getting a booster, and people who are over 60, and people with underlying conditions, and the bigger question is going to be answered in the next couple of days is really does everybody need a booster right now, and what is the risk benefit, and what are we going to be able to achieve by doing that, and how long do we need to wait before we get those boosters. And dr. Shaftner, we should make part that you were part of the immunization practices, and so after the cdc makes the recommendations of which you are a part, you will provide the guidances as early as next week. So, if the stated goal is to provide protection, all of the evidence shows that it is doing just that, and so what more would the Panel Need to see . Well, that is exactly right, geoff. So far the vaccines seem to be persisting in keeping us out of the hospital. Thats of course what they were designed to do. As dr. Rimoin said, there is data to indicate if you do the blood test, you see the antibodies what you measure in the blood test, they are starting to diminish after six or eight months, and now there is a public debate going on, and it is usually pretty quiet between factors and we know the science, but should we start to give these boosters to everybody right now or just to the folks who are at greatest risk the Health Care workers, the Nursing Home residents and older persons, and then a little later work our way down ladder. That is going to be kind of the essence of the discussion. And dr. Rimoin, i want to pick up on something that dr. Schaffner said, because this is all part of the scientific community, and what is different this time is that it is happening in the plain view of the media. Is this public debate about boost boosters, is that any way harmful . No, this is what we should be doing as scientists. Science is never done in a vacuum. We need to be thinking about this together, and we need to be talking about this together, and this is what usually happens amongst the scientific community, and now it is playing out in the real world. It is really important that we remind the public that this is how we make decisions about vaccines, about science in general, and that this is a good thing. Debate is a good thing, and it just means that we are going to be now going through the data and making decisions based on the science. Dr. Schaffner, the confusion though, i think it is coming at a difficult time, because by far the obstacle to getting the pandemic under control as the three of you know is getting those who are not inoculated at all to get the shots, and the mixed messaging could add to the unnecessary doubts about the safety and the efficacy of the vaccines. I think that there is some debate, and i love that dr. Rimoin loves to debate, but there are those who are going to be confused, so once we decide, we have to communicate with absolute clarity. Do i line up now or wait a little bit longer before it is my turn for third dose, the booster dose. I think that we have to be very clear once we come to a conclusion. Shannon, Getting Covid under control is central to getting the Biden Plan under way. If they have any regrets and i am sure they would not say publicly about the way that the president initially rolled Tout Announcement . Well, you are talking about at the public debate that we are seeing, and of course, debate amongst the scientists, but the reason it is debated so widely and publicly is the way that the biden administration went about it, is coming out to recommend it before the cdc advisers had finished the review, and then putting the Time Line on the boosters. And on the messaging is front, the White House has tried to distance the whitehouse themselves from the recommendation that people begin to receive boosters next week. They said it is not a White House recommendation, and it came from the top Public Health official, and it is worth noting that the top Public Health officials are almost all Public Health appointments, and so it is not purely driven by the scientists on that front, and another thing that we are hearing is that they will let this process play out. So a lot of the questions of whether they made the right move or the wrong move is going to be answered by people once we have a sense of what the advisory is going to do and whether or not in fact we have the administration is going to advice people to get boosters as early as next week. And to wrap it up, for those who want to get a jump on things, and they already have gotten their third, is there a danger there . For people who have gotten the second, and their second shot, and determining with the doctor what needs to help next is important. For those who have gotten the third shot, we have seen from other countries that it has been very safe, and effective. I dont see any issue related to Safety And Efficacy at this point, but everybody should be waiting at this point for a real, for a real review of the data by the committees that are supposed to be doing this, and then move forward appropriately. A socalled J6 Rally is scheduled saturday to bring together supporters of the insurrectionists who broke into the capitol in january. This time the u. S. Capitol police are taking no chances. Congress members have been briefed on the preparations, and when asked about the upcoming rally earlier today, House Speaker Nancy pelosi said this. They are going to come saturday again, and they have their plans to come, and everybody will be ready, more ready for them. I am so proud of the Capitol Police, and other Law Enforcement who saved our lives. It was all that close. They saved our lives. Meantime, former President Trump weighed in this a statement saying that our minds and hearts are with the people being persecute sod unfairly related to the January 6th protest. All right. Lets bring in the Nbc News Correspondent leigh ann caldwell, and ben who is with us. And so you are there across from the capitol, so what are lawmakers told to expect saturday . Hey, geoff. Im at the base of the capitol, and this is the west front behind me, and where the inauguration usually takes play. This is where the rioters on January 6th scaled that scaffolding to enter the capitol and one of the main entry point, but now there is base at the hill. I wanted to show you, Tray S Our Camera Guy is going to pan around, because where the rally is expected to take place on saturday is still further away from the capitol, and on the other side of the water and the other side of the reflecting pool. So there is a difference of the rally and the actual capitol building, but still, the Capitol Police are taking no chances. They have briefed congressional leaders earlier in the week saying that it was in a secure room, and not only the intelligence that they are receiving, but also the plans for their preparations and for security, geoff. And so, ben, the organizers of this rally say that those arrested in january as i am looking for the notes here, they are calling them political prisoners, and they have a full Counter Narrative to what unfolded here, and what we all saw unfold on January 6th, and you add to that the new statement from President Donald Trump who says that our hearts and minds are with the people being persecuted so unfairly. It is unfathomable, but how is this going to play out do you think . Look, there is a sizable swath of these groups that believe that January 6th did not happen as we all saw it happen. They believe it was either a set up by The Feds or they believe that, you know, it was not that big of a deal, and not that many people died and the people who died were on our side, and largely, you know, not the insurgency that we all saw. They were prepared to resign one by one in order to stop the president from doing something that they considered truly dangerous and catastrophic for the country. It didnt ultimately come to. That but the fact that those discussions were hang at the pentagon in the final months of the Trump Presidency speaks volumes for those that work behind the scenes with President Trump had about his mental state and emotional wellbeing. What else can you tell us about General Milley. He was nominated in 2018. Tell us about the man and the pressure he is feeling right now in the pentagon. General milley, a lot of people know the story. He wasnt supposed to get this job initially. It was supposed to be general goldfine, head of the air force. Milley was head of the army. Transfer that to what trump got with milley is a voracious defender of the military and keeping it apolitical. Everything weve been talking about with milley in last year and a half is how he has been caught in the middle of the politicalization of the military in ways we have not seen in a long time. So i think there is a lot of theres a lot of people giving a little leeway in this unprecedented time. But theyre also a lot of other people that really want to hold the law of civilian Military Law and say it shouldnt matter that you know, the because that milley is trying to protect the military are going over the line.
