Final vote on infrastructure now likely to come saturday and the man who heard donald Trump Press Ukraines President to dig Up Dirt On on Joe Biden retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman joining me this hour. But first, the coronavirus and gatherings in hot spots this weekend. Ellison barber, ahead of this Monster Jam. Ellison, first to you. This is an area that people didnt know about until there were photos that went viral last summer. You might remember them. There were a series of photos that made the rounds on the internet of packed bars with people not wearing face masks. There are people who come here because they want to get away. They want to be outside on the lake safely by themselves with their families and get some fresh air, but for other people, this area has become a place to visit that symbolizes what they see as personal freedoms. There are very few masks, no mandates here and there really never have been and there is not many people who feel pressure or like they need to get vaccinated. Im not entirely sure i heard someone talking in my ear, but we might have sound for you to play of what we are hearing from tourists who have come here and why. Oh, all right. We dont have that sound, but andrea, basically what you will hear from people is they do feel like this is a place where they can visit and they dont have to wear a mask. They dont feel pressure to get vaccinated and they like that. As you mentioned, we are seeing Vaccination Rates in this area. Theyre pretty low, but theyve started to increase a bit and speaking with one doctor at a hospital in this area, he said, unfortunately, some of the reason for that increase is because people have experienced first hand recently an unvaccinated getting very sick and needing care and that has driven some people to get vaccinated, but they say that shouldnt really be the case and they hope people will realize how serious things are and consider getting vaccinated. Andrea . Thanks so much, ellison, we heard how much there was a spread in the ozarks last year. And Kerry Sanders in sunrise, florida, ahead of this weekends big Monster Jam, kerry . Andrea, as we are seeing hospitals here in South Florida overwhelmed with coronavirus patients showing up and needing attention, at the same time we know that with this fourth wave that is under way, americans have tired of being cooped up and want to get out. You can see behind me the Monster Trucks and this is just one more example of folks trying to live their lives at the same time, living in the time of a pandemic and we have the Monster Jam event this weekend and the trucks at the Bb T Center and there will be fans coming to watch the trucks do what they do at these competitions, at the same time they dont want this to turn into an event where coronavirus is spread throughout the crowd. They will not require folks to wear mask, but will encourage folks to wear masks and come out and realize that we are living in the time of coronavirus. The best way to protect children from Delta On who cant get vaccinated yet is to get vaccinated yourself. The thing they recognize in florida is the numbers are not only climbing, but theyre expected to continue climbing and they urge people to please play it safe. Thanks to you and ellison barber. Joining me now is former Pandemic Coordinator and Michael Steele and the vaccinations are rising and not fast enough for the Delta Variant and we are seeing these big crowds begin to gather across the country without Mask Mandates and how bad is that in terms of the combination of factors . Well, weve seen the story before, andrea and one of the lessons we learned in the pandemic, as soon as the restrictions are down and people start to circulate freely and we start to see this Virus Recirculate and see Disease Spread and with the variant that is more transmissible, particularly in areas where Vaccination Rates are low, and youre right, the Vaccination Rates are rising in those area, but unfortunately, most of those vaccines take five to six weeks before they reach full efficacy. Now we have a situation where we have large numbers of people that are mixing and likely to be a source for significant spreading. The timing is so bad because people are there with their kids and kids are going back to school and we can just see what could become a perfect storm. Robert gibbs, how much leeway does the president have politically and legally possible toe withhold federal funds . Well, it certainly seems like he does have the leeway to do a lot of those activities. I dont know that certainly based on the fact that we have different levels of government whether he can mandate for everybody from a federal level, but andry a the president is clearly doing his part. I think this has to be a whole of society, fort and were in a tugofwar with the pandemic and we need more businesses like United Airlines announced today thats going to require that their employees get vaccinated. Quite frankly, you just mentioned teachers and students. We know that students who cant get vaccinated, the safest environment for them is to be interacting with people that are vaccinated. So lets have Teachers Unions step up here and require that teachers get vaccinated. All too often theyre not requiring their teachers to get vaccinated. We will have to do this, really at so many different levels. We will have to put people at those big events, Id Love to see doctors there setting up booths to give vaccinations. Lets make it as convenient as we can for everybody. Its going to take, again, a whole of society effort. I think the president is doing everything humanly possible. My fear is that the people that are unvaccinated arent necessarily moved by Joe Biden, and so thats why its going to take quite frankly, a Surround Sound around getting vaccinated to move people. They might be moved if people showed up in white coats at the Monster Jam. Why not make that part of the fun . Michael steele, politics are again, part of this whole issue is the politics, a big part of it thanks to what happened last year especially in florida where governor desantis seems to be teeing up a future race and blaming everyone, but himself and immigrants, and he said its covid season and kids dont need to wear masks indoors. Lets watch. Many of these kids, by the way, have recovered from covid so theres no giant scientific justification to put it on at that point. What are the harmful effects of putting a kindergartner in a mask for serve hours and have they talked about the academic, the emotional and physiological and why isnt the cdc studying that . Im really biting my tongue here. Im really biting my tongue respecting the fact that hes supposedly the governor of a state. I dont know who is advising this man. I dont know who hes Listening To, but the people of florida should not be Listening To him. You know, the anchor for a lot of these antivaxxers and im not wearing a mask is freedom. Youre never more free than when you are dead and if you dont understand that Go Take A Look at a picture of a healthy lung and then take a look at a picture, of an xray of a lung infected with covid. This is the reality and the idea that people want to be so free that they dont want to protect themselves is idiotic and to have leaders who perpetuate that nonsense is absolutely irresponsible, and to think that this is good for your state, you are leading the world as the reporting was just laid out, if you were a country, youd be leading the world in infections, and you dont get that. So i dont know, andrea, what more we can do to to get the uninformed who are not uninformed. They are more than informed at this point, who refuse to do the right thing. The only thing to Robert Gibbs point is we need to keep protecting ourselveses from stupid because im not going to let stupid kill me and im not going to let stupid infect me, and i will take those precautions and i cant at this Point Help you if you dont want to help yourself. Dr. Ramirez, lets talk about Booster Shots for those people who are getting so scared by this Delta Virus and think that theyre either older or have an immune problem. San francisco is already rolling them out for the vulnerable. Listen to what the head of moderna had to say yesterday. I dont think any of us three or four months ago were three or four months of infections. We believe that getting us through the winter will be with a booster dose. So dr. Ramirez, where do you stand on the Booster Shots and knowing full well what the w. H. O. Had said that we should not be getting third shots ourselves when the rest of the world is not vaccinated and theres been an epic failure by covax and the international people, and the downsides and the upsides. Its a great question, and theres a lot of thinking about Booster Shots ongoing right now and the w. H. O. Have made a great point to hold off on Booster Shots for people who are not immunocompromised until at least september and we are trying to hear harmonization from that from different folks in the administration and we heard the Fda And Dr. Peter marx give the september time line, and dr. Fauci, and theyll try to harmonize and this may be when the u. S. Decides to break from the w. H. O. Policy. The u. S. Is exporting more Vaccine And Theyve shipped out 500 Million doses and so with that amount of donation going on, i think the u. S. May go ahead and move forward with decisions to give boosters if the science supports that. We havent seen that just yet and were seeing some breakthrough infection, but were not seeing a rise in the number of people who are hospitalized or dying and thats really the most important indicator. And on the economy, a great Jobs Report today, robert gibb, the president was extolling that, is the recovery potentially threatened, though, if people get scared about returning to work because of delta . Undoubtedly, andrea. First we have to understand a great Jobs Report, revisions upwards of the last three months and even more important for workers is growth in wages, but we also have to understand that we are still at 75 of jobs recovered than we were prepandemic. Theres work left to do and thats the job that this Administration And President biden have to do which is continue to make that case. Dr. Mario ramirez, as always, thank you so much to Michael Steele, Robert Gibbs, thanks to all, and kids and covid, cases in children up 84 in just the last week. Coming up, ill be talking to the head of the American Academy Of Pediatrics on how to keep your child safe. First, after plenty of holdups the senate could be ready to vote on the bipartisan Infrastructure Bill tomorrow. Senator Tim Kaine helped negotiate the plan. Stay with us. This is Andrea Mitchell reports on msnbc. With Home And Auto to help people save more [ laughs ] [ humming ] [ Door Creaks ] oh. [ soft Music Playing ] what are you all doing in my daydream . Its better than that presentation. A lot better. You know, whether its a fraction or a decimal, its still fun, you know . Millions of vulnerable americans you know, whether its a Fraction Struggle to get reliable transportation to their medical appointments. Thats why i started medhaul. Citi launched the Impact Fund to invest in both women and entrepreneurs of color like me, so i can realize my vision and give everything ive got to my company, and my community. I got you. For the love of people. For the love of community. For the love of progress. Citi. Did you know Prilosec Otc can stop frequent heartburn before it begins . Heartburn happens when Stomach Acid refluxes into the esophagus. Prilosec otc uses a unique Delayedrelease Formula that helps it pass through the tough Stomach Acid. It then works to turn down acid production, blocking heartburn at the source. With just one pill a day, you get 24hour heartburn protection. Prilosec otc. One pill a day, 24 hours, zero heartburn. What are you wearing, dog . Theyre pants, dog. No, these are pants, dog. No way. My pants are pants, dog. Pizza on a bagel we can all agree with that. Uhm whatever those are, theyre not pants. [ ding ] overnight they came close, so close the senate came close to passing a 550 Billion bipartisan Infrastructure Bill, but one vote held it up by hagerty saying it was not paid for in Tennessee And Chuck schumer will have a rare saturday session. Tim kaine serves on the Senate Budget Committee and foreign relations committee. You had a late night, thanks for being with us today, but i gather that there was an objection from Senator Hagerty to the congressional Budget Office that it was not fully paid for, that it would add 256 Billion to the deficit, half of the overall cost of this bill. How do you answer that accusation and i guess, do you think it will still pass Tomorrow Night . Andrea, ill jump to the punchline, yes, it is going to pass tomorrow. As you know, senators slow it down, but this is a train thats moving and No One will stop it. We will have a number of votes on amendments, particularly republican Amendments Tomorrow before we get the final passage. Look, with respect to the dvo score, it is important that remember, this total bill is 1. 2 billion, and 550 is new spending on top of what we normally spend. This dvo has said they believe this will increase the deficit by 250 billion, but it doesnt really calculate the effect of infrastructure investments on economic growth, and as a former mayor and governor, if theres one thing i know, investments in infrastructure, they hire people right away and you end up living off those investments for years, broadband, electricity grid, so we feel like this is a strong progrowth bill and thats why we are confident we will move forward with it with democrat and republican support, the cvo not withstanding. I want to ask you about afghanistan because today taliban fighters reportedly took control of the capital of the province in afghanistan and its the first time theyve taken control of the provincial capital, were military leaders caught off guard with how fast the taliban has advanced . Andrea, no. We were hearing different predictions about the taliban. Some were predicting that this would happen and some were saying they thought it would be slower, but bottom line, heres the issue, the united states has been in afghanistan for 20 years. Weve trained more than 300,000 current members of the afghan National Security force. The number of taliban fighters are 50 to 60,000, so what if 300,000 Cant Defeat 50,000 or 60,000 its not because u. S. Troops are not, we cannot want afghanistan more than the afghans do and many are fighting bravely to maintain the gains weve made in education and health, but at the end of the day the united States Cant be the guarantor of afghan civil society. We are welcoming afghan interpreters in the united states and they are coming into fort lee, virginia, and 20 miles from where i sit. We need to do that, but the burden has to be on the afghan shoulders for their nation and it will be helpful as a diplomatic and partner and well financially support their military going forward, but they have to own the progress going forward. I also want to talk to you about something i know youre passionate about, which is repealing the 2002 authorization for the use of military force. This week it didnt advance through a Senate Panel and it was put in place 19 years ago to go after Saddam Hussein in iraq. Since its been used its authority for the Military Campaign for isis and for the strike on qassem soleimani. Why do you think they should take this back . I was with President Obama when he was trying to try Military Action, and im doing the same for President Biden. We shouldnt be in Military Action without votes of congress except to defend against imminent attack and when we have authorized Military Action the Iraq War of 02 and its over, we shouldnt leave the authorizations over that a future president can grab on to and use to justify action without coming to congress been so senator Ty Young of indiana and i have this bill to repeal the iraq authorization. We toppled the government of Saddam Hussein. He was executed in 2006. Theres a new government thats constituted and theyre a partner, and as i pointed out to my colleagues this week, when World War ii is over we didnt leaf a live War Authorization against Japan And Germany just in case. We went to work to try to make them first a partner and then eventually an ally. We have a strong partner in iraq right now. We shouldnt leave a War Authorization against them that would suggest that they are an adversary or enemy. In a related issue, of course, is its almost the 20th anniversary of 9 11 and now a group of 1800 americans impacted by the September 11th attack, survivors, families are opposing President Bidens participation in any memorial events this year unless he upholds his pledge to declassify evidence that would link Saudi Arabian leaders and the attacks. Should the president declassify that material and how do you feel about the way they are trying to embarrass him by telling him not to show up at these memorials. Well, i hope the president will declassify them. Now, look, i have not seen possibly all of the classified information related to the connections with the 9 11 attack. I have seen some of it, and what ive seen is frankly not that controversial, and i cant even imagine why its still classified. Maybe theres other items and i do need to put it out on the table and so i would urge President Biden to honor these Family Requests and declassify the material if only to relay lingering suspicions and they can imagine all kinds of bad things that are in there when they can see their material it answers their questions and i think we owe it to their families. Senator Tim Kaine, thank you very much. We have breaking news from new york. New York Governor Andrew Cuomo now facing the first Criminal Complaint against him. What this may mean for his future coming up next. This is Andrea Mitchell reports on msnbc. This isnt just a walk up the stairs. When you have an irregular heartbeat, its more. Its dignity. The freedom to go where you want, knowing your doctor can watch over your heart. And we have breaking news on New York Governor Andrew cuomo. Nbc news has learned a former staffer, one of the women involved in the stinging Ag Report accusing the governor of Sexual Harassment and other inappropriate conduct has filed a Criminal Complaint. Joining us now from albany is nbcs gabe gutierrez. Gabe, what do we know about this . Oh, hi there, andrea. Yes, yesterday one of Governor Cuomos accusers identified as executive Assistant Number one in the Attorney Generals report filed a Criminal Complaint with the Albany County Sheriffs Office alleging that Governor Cuomo groped her. We are just starting to get a response now from the Governors Team which pointed us to a statement that he had made four months ago when some of the Sexual Harassment allegations had first broken. The governor is denying that this interaction ever happened, but andrea, i want to tell you what executive Assistant Number one, what she alleged according to the Attorney General is that she had multiple interactions with the governor in 2019, and she says that the governor would grope her when he took selfies with her and in one case when he leaned in for a hug, allegedly he reached underneath her blouse and touched her inappropriately. What the Governors Team said is they flatout deny that that groping ever happened and it would be an Act Of Pure Insanity for an official to do that at the mansion. While she was there only a brief time and she was there for more than three hours. Again, the Governors Position right now is hes flatly denying that this ever happened, but andrea, this for a formal Criminal Complaint adds to the pressure that Governor Cuomo is feeling right now, and in a criminal sense, potentially and also politically, as you know, andrea, State Law Mafshgss in albany are ramping up their Impeachment Inquiry into the governor and the Judiciary Committee plans to discuss next steps and yesterday, lawmakers gave Cuomos Team until next friday to submit evidence to potentially defend themselves, to potentially defend the governor, but this Impeachment Inquiry from every lawmaker that we have spoken with seems to be moving forward. They seem to have the votes for impeachment. Its not a question of if, but when according to these lawmakers and according to the state democratic Party Chairman Jay Jacobs who spoke with the governor after the Attorney Generals report came out. He says that he urged the governor to resign. At this point the governor is not there yet and he feels his Story Hasnt been adequately told. The breaking News Today is one of Governor Cuomos accusers has officially filed a Criminal Complaint with the Sheriffs Office and all of this coming as several District Attorneys throughout the state are looking into the case for possible criminal charges. The governor has not been charged with any crime and he is denying any wrongdoing. Andrea . Gabe gutierrez, and of course, the democratic State Chair Jacobs was one of his strongest supporters even after march and the allegations first came out and it was a report that actually persuaded him to believe that they should go forward with impeachment. Gabe, you are right on top of this big story. Thank you so much. Yes. From albany. And facts over fear, we now know the myth that covid does not impact kids is not true. So what do parents need to know as the new School Year gets set to start. The head of the American Academy Of Pediatrics dr. Lee Savio Beers is joining us next. This is Andrea Mitchell reports on msnbc. Tell me more. Its for people 45 plus at average risk for colon cancer, not high risk. False positive and negative results may occur. Give me, give me everywhere i go they bite my style when i put on a show they bite my style see me on the screen they bite my style they wanna be like me give me some of that fire give me some of that fire give me some of that fire fire, fire, Fire A new report by the American Academy Of Pediatrics shows that an 84 surge has taken place in infections, Covid Infections in children under the age of 12 especially its troubling because they cannot be vaccinated. Joining me now is dr. Lee Savio Beers who is a pediatrician and the president of the American Academy Of Pediatrics. Thank so much, dr. Beers for being with us. Tell me about your concerns especially seen in florida that more of these casers children under the age of 12 manage those newly infected . First of all, thank you so much for having me here to talk about this really important issue, and i think youre right. I think we pediatricians are concerned about children and covid. Weve actually known all along that thankfully children are less at risk than older adults and they can still be at significant risk for Covid Infections. We are seeing those increasing cases in children, and i will say what i am seeing from my pediatrician colleagues particularly in areas where Infection Rates are high is they are seeing very sick kids and so we are concerned about it and it is really important for all of us to continue to do the things we need to do to stem the spread of covid, and also make sure that were really taking care of our children and particularly those youngest children who dont yet have the opportunity to be vaccinated. And we are still waiting to find out that children under the age of 12 can be vaccinated which is so important as school is approaching. Youve been urging the fda to make that approval as soon as possible. How much more data do they need . How soon do you think this could take place . Its a good question. Its the question i get asked most commonly, i think both by colleagues, by friends and folks who have younger kids, and i think our position on this is that we should be treating authorization of covid vaccines for children with the same urgency that we have been treating covid vaccines all along, and i think we saw early on where there was really a concerted effort to make sure we were breaking through the administrative and bureaucratic barriers to make sure that we had a vaccine safely approved as quickly as we could and i think we need to apply that same urgency to children. What we are hearing is that were hopeful for the fall or early winter, and i think our stances that we want to make sure that thats happening as quickly and safely as possible. We are also hearing as inperson classes are about to begin in the fall that not all schools will enforce Mask Mandates and Theres Pushback in many parts of the Country E especially from governors trying to overrule local districts. Yeah. The American Academy Of Pediatrics most of the pandemic had guidance and we recently updated that guidance and there are a couple of key points there and the first is that it is incredibly important for children to be back and Inperson School and because of that we need to as communities, as adult asks School Systems need to come together to do all that we can to make sure that children are able to return to school safely and our guidance lays out a number of ways to do that. We think of it as layered protections and as you layer these protections on top of each other, they can get back to school safely and youre eligible to be vaccinated against covid19 and there are a lot of children that are too young and there are other protections, as well. Hand washing, universal masking for children older than the age of two as well as adults in the building and physical distancing where the space allows and a number of other precautions that when you layer those things together we can get children back to school safely. Dr. Lee savio, thank you for being with us today. U. S. Sprinter Allyson Felix has made history and tied with lewis. She secured her tenth medal earning bronze in the 5 Hun Meter and this is her fifth olympics and her first after becoming a mother. How did that change her life . Well, completely, as nbc nightly News Anchor Lester Holt reports. Allyson felix says hear fifth olympics is about a lot more than medals. Shes running for progress, for equality and for her daughter. I feel like becoming a mother changed me in every possible way. I mean, it showed me how strong i was. In 2018 felix, just 32 weeks pregnant was admitted to the hospital with severe preeclampsia, a lifethreatening complication. Her daughter cameron was born weighing 3 pounds 7 ounces. This didnt matter. I was sitting there watching her fight every single Day And Running was the furthest thing on my mind. All my energy was just going into making sure she was okay. Cameron spent a month in the nicu and then lo and behold shes out watching you run. Shes off to the olympics as a mom. Being on this ride has really been incredible. But the road back to Competition Wasnt easy. At first, felix could barely walk 30 minutes on a treadmill left the elite athlete in tears. People expect you to be superwoman. And you expect yourself to be super woman as well and then you go through a Reallife Experience and you are just grateful for your life. That experience also led felix to activism, testifying before congress about black maternal mortality. We need to provide women of color with more support during their pregnancies and penning a raw Op Ed with her frustration with her now former Sponsor Nike writing i asked nike to contractually agree that i wouldnt be punished if i didnt perform my best surrounding child birth, if nike, one of most widely marketed athletes, couldnt, who could . The way you stood up for women, women of color, mothers, that was a big risk. It was terrifying. There had been silence around the culture of Pregnancy And Sport for too long, and what i was experiencing i just couldnt sit back and just let it go. Soon after she and others spoke out, nike announced expanded protections for pregnant women, and this year, felix started her own Shoe Company on her terms. Now admired as much for her advocacy as for her athleticism. This is so much bigger than just running fast. Its showing women that we can be present at home and we can also thrive in our profession. Its showing my daughter, can you stay the course and can you keep doing things the right way with Character And Integrity . And our thanks to Lester Holt for bringing us her story. Felix competes in the womens 4x400 relays tomorrow. If she medals shell Break Carl Lewis record. And key witness. Dad, my sitting here today talking to the elected officials is proof that leaving the Soviet Union and coming to the united states of america in search of a better life for our family, do not worry, ill be fine for telling the truth. Why do you have confidence that you can do that and tell your dad not to worry . Congressman, because this is america. This is the country ive served and defended that all of my brothers have served and here, right matters. That, of course, was retired Army Lieutenant Colonel Alexander Vindman, a key witness during donald trumps first impeachment hearing. He was a national Security Staffer who listened now on the now infamous Trump Phone Call when trump told Ukraines President i would like you to do us a favor. Lieutenant Colonel Vindman joins us now drawing on that moment. He has titled his book here, right matters. An american story. I look forward to talking to you about that call and that Book And Everything around it, so thank you so much for being with us today. You were listening in, of course, as part of your duty. You were in the white House Basement in the Situation Room and you were listening as you were supposed to take notes with colleagues any time the president is calling a foreign leader. July 25, 2019, what was your first reaction to what you heard . Right. I recognized that all of my fears about the president being the Driving Force behind this this Corrupt Enterprise to favor himself in the upcoming 2020 elections were realized. Before that i had fears that other people were trying to do the president s dirty work, but i had reverence for the Office Of The President , and in that moment i recognized it was the president. The president was the Driving Force. And you had heard there had been a lot going on because you heard about what Rudy Giuliani was doing. I mean, you were trying to fend that off, you and others in the nsc, but this time you heard the president himself. At the time did you realize just how consequential the decision of coming forward and reporting it would be . I did. I actually right after that Phone Call i went to report it to the national Security Council legal officials, and i stopped by my officials and i stopped by my twin brothers office. And i closed the door and i told him if what im about to tell you ever becomes public, the president would be impeached not realizing it would ever welcome public. It did and the president was impeached. And lets remind people, anyone that needs reminding, what you did, you heard the President Of The United States threatenning to withhold vital weapons that a foreign leader needed to defend his country in exchange for digging Up Dirt On Joe Biden. Yep, that is correct. There is a foreign country involved in this. People sometimes got caught sbup this idea that this is aide for ukraine. This was not about aide for ukraine, he was seeking to tip the scales in his favor. He was looking to up end our very foundation of our democracy, which is free and fair elections, and thats why i had such a visceral reaction. I would not let him attack the united states. I swore an oath to defend the country, and i was not going to let a corrupt President Game the system. What about the Phone Call to the officials. In a lot of ways they did not reveal that much. There was a lot of misdeeds, things not yet disclosed, in fact, but it indicated that the president was willing to go to any lengths including jeopardizing u. S. National security in achieving his gains for the administration. What has to be made clear is that for giving aide to ukraine in the u. S. National security interest. Ukraine is against russian aggression. They are in the russian camp where they want to be and that makes the united states stronger, and they were addressing his own interests. You referred to things that were not yet disclosed. Can you tell us about that . These are, there is a lot of classified manners, but this is one of the reasons that i so urge accountability. There is so much that has not been disclosed about the president s wrong doings. And in a lot of ways there is a lot of Wishful Thinking that the country will just move on. We have a new president , things are back to normal, but that is not the case. Frankly the departments and agencies have not recovered from the damage that the president has done. Every time i have an opportunity to talk about accountability and bringing it Out Of The Shadows and into the right, president ial misdeeds from President Trump, we should be doing that. It makes the country stronger, but we dont get there unless we really try to make it matter. Tell me about the retaliation against you. It is your life. Sure, it ends up being a relatively significant deponent of the book. I spend quite a bit of time talking about my childhood, coming here as an immigrant, decades of Military Service, all of the things that i learn in those periods of time. I wanted to community my passion for Military Service and public service. And that made some of my lack of support from the Department Of Defense.
