The reports came in in indianapolis and the fbi didnt initially quite know what to do with this. They didnt know if f what he was doing was illegal, but they said it was an established medical practice. But the report says the fbi failed to pass this along to any other office. They did Interview One of the victims by telephone, but that was about it. Eight months later more victims came to the fbi and los angeles. There was no follow up with other Field Officers and it wasnt until a year later. That lead to the federal charges and they were convicted on state charges. And also the Special Agent that interviewed one of the victims failed to interview. The report was full of inaccuracies. That is the Special Agent in charge. This is a supervisory report.
