The biden ministrations start of the 100th day in office arriving on thursday. This week begins against the mounting backdrop, forgive me, of outrage over the latest police shootings, and demands for transparency about Officers Use of force in our country. Tonight, there is a State Of Emergency and in Ity'>Elizabeth CIty North Carolina where protests have taken part every day since Andrew Brown was shot and killed last wednesday by Sheriff Deputies who were serving a drug warrant. His family has been asking to see Body Cam Video of that shooting. The request was finally met today, but the family says only 20 seconds were released from a single body camera. This afternoon, after multiple viewings of that 22nd clip, the familys attorneys described what they saw. This was an execution. Andrew brown was in his driveway, the sheriff of chuck locked him in his driveway, so he can exIt his driveway. Andrew had his hands on the steering wheel, he was not reaching for anything, he was an attempt in, anything he wasnt throwing anything around, he had his hands firmly on the staring, well they were on his vehicle shooting. He still stood there, sat, there wIth his hands on the steering wheel, while being shot at. Nbc news has not seen this Body Cam Video browns family. They seen at least eight body Cams President of Andrew Brown. One wItness told Nbc News, what she saw out of her bedroom window. They shot out the Back Window of his car, and he lost control, he ended up across the street, he hIt a tree, they crowded around his car, they were shooting the front window of his car. Now to another front, a different shooting in county where Isaiah Brown is fighting for his life after he was shot several times by Sheriffs Deputy last wednesday. The officer was responding to a 911 call from brown, during a family dispute. Urinthat Body Cam Video has been released. And a warning here, this like all the others is disturbing. Drop the gun . Hes got a gun to his head. Drop the gun now . Stood up stop, stop. Shots fired, one down. They counted seven shots, Isaiah Brown survived at least seven gunshots. His family says the Sheriffs Deputy the portable House Phone for a gun. Isaiah brown had made clear a full 90 seconds or more before, the deputies arrived on scene, that he was unarmed and did not have a weapon. He had removed himself from the home, and he was outside walking on the street, wIth this cord list phone. My concern at this point, is just for my son to hopefully come home alive. The u. S. Justice department is now zeroing in on allegations of police misconduct, today, announcing what is called a pattern in Practices Investigation into the louisville metro department. This was the second announcement in less than a weeks time. Last wednesday, the department you will recall said It was scrutinizing the minneapolis pd. This morning, a tender laid out the scope and louisville the Police Department. It came after a year after the Police Department killed breonna taylor. The investigation searches and seizures, as well as Weather Department of lawfully executed search warrants a private home. Now, to polItics as all of this unfolds as the new census are showing some democratic strongholds losing influence on the home of representatives, and some Song Bird and western states are winning. California will lose first time thats ever happened, as well as New York. Illinois, pennsylvania, ohio, michigan, west virginia. Gaining seats . Texas. They will get to. Florida, North Carolina, colorado, oregon, and montana, they all get one. These House Changes will start wIth a 2022 elections. Biden will address a Joint Session Of Congress on wednesday night, the eve of his 100th day in office. WhIte house says hes taking a very hands on approach to his speech, which if we are being honest, is what Ite-house'>WhIte Houses have said about president s going back decades. Is deeply involved in the development of speech, is taking a great deal of Whats Message he can sign directly to the american people about what progress has been made. Of course, would challenges remain ahead. Tomorrow, biden expected to make It amounts meant that will signal life as we once knew It. It may be closer than ever, a source telling Nbc News tonight, here you will lay out new Cdc Guidance on maskwearing outdoors. WIth all of that in mind, lets bring in our lead off guests on this monday night. Peter baker, chief Ite-house'>WhIte House correspondent for the New York times. Former u. S. Attorney joyce advance, who spent 25 years as a federal prosecutor. Also one of the cohost of the podcast sisters in law, wIth our friends kimberly atkinson, joe windex, margaret mcquade, and we welcome Senator Alexander Chief of police in Dekalb County Georgia part of It also part of the obama Ite-house'>WhIte House Task Force on 20 Century Policing and indeed chiefs, thats where we want to begin wIth you. I realize Its against a backdrop of a kind of Solemn Numbness. I realize we have a limIted time to toss you such a broad question. What stands out to you in these latest police involved shootings . North carolina and virginia, Andrew Brown, and Isaiah Brown . Well one thing very clear, particular wIth the shooting in North Carolina, they are going to, and need, to as quickly as they can, to release as much video to the public. When you give people a snippet of an entire event that was deadly as It was, you actually do nothing but do no more than just aggravate people when you really create a environment of further distrust. Thats the one thing that needs to happen that relates to all the shootings, and It happened very recently. You still have to keep in mind that each one of these have to be judged in the visually, but theres one common theme that runs through them. That are men of color, who are coming in contact wIth police, unarmed, and being killed. That is a serious issue in this is continuing a further divide both between Ity'>Police And CommunIty in this country. We have to get our arms around this very quickly, and really, we need support from the Ite-house'>WhIte House in regards to this on a federal level. There is state and local work that needs to be done, that is much more obedient, and can be much more broad. Joyce, in this day and age, especially wIth social media, we, the News Consumers, All Of Us, expect to see things now right away, wIth very lIttle vetting, and god knows, no edIting. American News Consumers are a savvy lot. It says something that the family has only been shown 20 seconds. Doesnt It hurt more to wIthhold what is out there . This was a really strange decision by law enforcement, because they certainly saw this clip before they played It for the family and their lawyers. They had to have known Whats Reaction would be. Chief alexanders absolutely right. If the 21st Century Report On Policing taught us anything, Its the crItical 80 of transparency in policing, of earning the trust of the communIty by being transparent when something like this happens. I want to endorse something else he said, which is the importance of looking at each of these sItuations individually. Nonetheless, It is crItical of that a. G. Garlands has shown a willingness to use practice in the investigations, because theres a strong disturbing ten trend of black men not returning alive for these encounters. Peter baker, last nights oscars were as much about this topic as they were about the movie business. Joe biden comes to office wIth a full agenda, or so he thought. And while aides to the president have taken great pains to point out the subject matter, It was already appointed his agenda. It was already a big priorIty to him. Walk us through the delicate walk he has ahead of him on this policy. While, that is right, brian. This issue was a bIt Front And Center during the campaign last year. He campaigned as a contrast to President Trumps point of view, which was, you, nolin order themed. Not embracing the agreements as we see. He would like to be focused, biden, on defending plans that hes already pushing for a conference congress, one on infrastructure, one on family aid, in various ways. Of course now, this just continues to push this inner Issue Front and center. He will obviously have to address It in the speech, he gave a functional at the state of the address to congress this week. He has not so far taken action in the sense of using his Executive Power to try and do something about this. He has stepped back to allow congress to see if they cant come up wIth a deal that democrats pass the George Floyd Justice acts anywhere. Hasnt gone anywhere. A republican in South Carolina has been working wIth democrats to see if they cant come up wIth the bipartisan they are taking a Step Back some point, Pressure Will increase. , Pressure Wil increase legislation is more permanent, more sustained, theres a great pressure on him to do something. Cedric, i want to play for you and our Audience Something im guessing youve already heard. This is a chief of police in louisville, giving what is probably the most posItive reaction ever, to news their locally, that the federal government was about to move in for a good long while and take a top to bottom look at their department. We will discuss on the other side. Hiring recruIting across than unIted states in law enforcement, is proving to be extremely challenging. We have to rebrand our bottom. I look at this as a huge opportunIty to get us on The Path forward, that is most beneficial for the Police Department. This is not a negative. WIth what these folks have been dealing wIth for the last nine months, i think i would like to believe they have dealt wIth the hardest part, and that we can get to some level of normalcy in this cIty. Chief alexander, what did you and i last discussed during our last honor discussion, hiring and recruIting. Is that for you, the key to breaking this chain . Its absolutely no doubt about that, brian. It is a very, very important that we gotta begin to look at wItnesses where hiring and we got to look beyond just there driving record, or credIt check. Who their friends are, who they have associated wIth. We need to dig deeper into who these individuals are. Then we have to look at our Ities'>Training LegalIties and make sure we are training properly according to 24 century standards. Then we have to be able to put these men and women wIth good supervisors, into the whole police environment. Chief shields, who you just heard there a moment ago, actually served atlanta pd, during the time we even though we didnt know each other personally. She is the boldest, outstanding, she is great wIth policing across this country. That is the type of straightforward kind of answer in while competing to be better than All Of Us must open up ourselves to in the coming months and days and years. That is the right approach, the right attItude, thats the right opportunIty to go for. Well, thank you for saying that chief and It would be hard to script a better response to us consumers than the one she gave today. Joyce vance, what a Sea Change for your beloved department of justice. Especially during the reign of bill barr. Do you think four years from now, we will look back at this type of thing and make no mistake, Its activist of the doj to do this, to send a Plane Load of people to arrive in a municipalIty and look at the Police Department from top to bottom. Do you think will look back at this as one of the hallmarks of the Biden Doj . Its increasingly looking like what youre calling activism and what i would call just simply representing the people of the unIted states of america, delivering the product that doj is supposed to deliver to taxpayers who pay for Its services which is justice. And doing It by using the laws in an aggressive way, brian, i think the reason youre right when you suggest that we should think about what this would look like four years down the road is because of the kind of leadership that Joe Biden has brought to the Justice Department. Not just Attorney General garland, who is both a scholar and a practItioner of prosecution, but Women Leaders like Lisa Monica who is just been confirmed as the Deputy Attorney General and funny to gupta as the associate. Again, we have highly qualified people who bring an emotional miss amount of Itment-and-diversIty'>CommItment And DiversIty to the Justice Department, Ity-aj'>MoralIty Aj is on the uptick. And doj at Its best is the Cabinet Level Agency whose name is a moral virtue, justice. The work the people inside of the Justice Department do isnt for their own Pleasure Or Career advancement, Its on behalf of cItizens. That is what were seeing. Were stored at doj under this new leadership. Peter baker, some democrats you and i both know Its starting to occurred to them on the Itics-front'>PolItics Front that they could be in Big Trouble in 2022. Mr. Mccarthy is wants very badly to be speaker improved again over the weekend that he is willing to say or do just about anything to make that happen, especially where trump is concerned. So the senses lands wIthin a thud. The South And West pick up seats, New York, california not so much. Should we regard Bidens Trip to georgia as a start of perhaps a new effort. Well, i certainly away for him to touch based on one of the states that made him president and i think Its gonna be something you will see a lot and the next two years heading into the midterms, four years heading into the next president ial. Hes going to want to show a certain Tender Caring of the states they got him there and western states that are gone from trip has flipped back to the democrats in 2020 and thats certainly going to include georgia, arizona, which won the democratic haul. Now, you know, two years is a long way off. Four years is in turn 80 in polItics. The republicans are feeling a degree of optimism right now. And the move down there we are told is pretty ugly. They only have a few seats they have to win to take over the house and Its been tradItionally the president s party that doesnt do so well in those midterms. There you think they have a lot of issues to work wIth so i am so far to the left when It comes to spending more and making the case that the american people is out of touch wIth them. So they are feeling posItive which also means there is less interest than any kind of bipartisan Deal Making as we head to the next crItical few weeks on these legislative questions. So appreciative of our Big Three for starting us off tonight. To peter baker, choice fans, cedric alexander, great. Thanks for being wIth us. Coming up, he may not be on the Ite-list'>InvIte List for the republican parties retreat that peter was just talking about in florida, but the presence of a certain Florida Retiree certainly looms large. And later, what president biden did this weekend that one Grammy Award winning musician has wanted an american president to do for years. Said Musician Standing by the talk wIth us as the 11th Hour is just getting underway on a monday night. Facing collagen thats all hype . New Olay Collagen peptide 24 wIth derm recommended peptides. So go on, get really into your shows. You need a breath mint. I think right now the xfinIty. Its a way better way to watch. Republican parties headed by Itch-mcconnell'>MItch Mcconnell and can mccarthy in the house. I think our elected leaders are the ones who are in charge of the republican party and i think as we look at 22 and 24 we are very much going to be focused on substance, and on the issues. I think thats where we got a jump back the voters that we lost in 2020. That would be the number three republican in the House Leadership in Orlando Today were republicans are holding their annual legislative retreat. Remember, Liz Cheney had to fight to keep her Leadership Post after voting to impeach the former president. It was reported today, indeed, she is mulling her own run perhaps, in 24. PolItical reports the gop feels good about retaking the house next year but quote, republicans also know the next 18 months or lIttered wIth polItical Trip Wires from internal divisions over the former president trying to influence them from maralago to the fringe elements in the ranks that threaten to swamp their agenda. For more, we welcome one needed progressive candidates and causes. Back wIth us again, one mathew tao, founder of country over party. In the past, he was chief strategist for the Bush Cheney President ial Oak Campaign and oh four. Good evening, welcome to you both. Matthew, It was the strength of your tweet that contributed greatly to your invItation tonight. I read It to our viewers. How does one Reach Consensus or a compromise wIth folks who dont believe in climate change, who dont think people should take the vaccine, who think there was widespread voter fraud, who Think Biden stole the election, and who travel in Conspiracy Theories and falsehoods . Matthew, i would go for an answer by going deep on the trump base, and seeing what that will get him in 2022, am i wrong . No, but i think thats where the republicans are today. I was thinking about this as i was pausing in your last segment. Whats the subs like and this constant insistence that Its Ity'>Bidens ResponsibilIty to get the republicans on board in washington d. C. It is a bIt like, if you were gonna take a or boat around the world, and your captain of that boat, and you are being told to hire on people who dont believe navigational devices and believe the world is flat. You would not hire those people on the boat. Thats where we are today. I will disagree wIth something Liz Cheney said, Liz Cheney and Itch-mcconnell'>MItch Mcconnell are not in charge of the republican party. I dont even think there is any one person in charge of the republican party today. This is animal house. There is no greek council. The fraternIty is in charge of the republican party, and they have lost control of It. And we all know they are already on double secret probation. So one, idai have one for you, you will not like It as much. This is the work of Marjorie Taylor Greene. She wrItes today, quote, remember when republicans lost the house in 2018 because a bunch of them distance themselves from President Trump . Not advice President Trump to the Gop Retreat is the same stupid behavior. Funny how they dont understand a Record Number of votes on support of any republican president. A friend of mine said, or reminded me, today even a broken clock is right twice a day. One eIther, heres the question, could It be that she is right about this . Brian, i will say, she is not wrong. I hesItate to agree wIth anything Marjorie Taylor Greene says. I think matt hIt the nail on the head, the fact that there is still a leadership wIthin the republican party, especially when they are looking to now chart this course of Substance And Policy and a pivotal way from dr. Seuss and other culture wars. Especially when they are still looking to fundraise off of trump, and tap into the Voter Base he rolled up. Really trying to make grounds there in 2022. I will say, Marjorie Taylor Greene is not wrong that they actively avoiding trump is not the best move. When you have the twice impeached president single term former president here, he is somebody that they fully want to jump into. Thats why we see her going into maralago, Marjorie Taylor Greene. The America First Caucus introducing It, even though It was a field rollout, Its something you know resonates wIth the gop base, and resonate wIth their voters. That base has been trying to really be responsive to nicoles personalIty. Matthew, we will give you 60 seconds of gloating time about texas gaining two congressional seats. As i said earlier, New York, california, not so much. Talk about the polItical importance of your state, and how great It is, especially when the Power Grid works. Only when the power we are great works. Weve been out of Water And Power in the midst of that. To me, texas is the best view of where the country is headed. As soon as texas shifts, which will happen in the next election or two to a purple state, and then ultimately texas will become a blue state because of the demographics and whats happening in the suburbs It changes the nature of the Senate Count on those electoral votes. The most interesting stuff, and many times under the media you know this full well, brian, they have a tendency to concentrate on the noise and ignore the frequency. 23 Million americans were added in population from 2010, to 2020. More than 90 of those 23 Million americans that were added are nonwhIte. It is good to be eIther the smallest, or the first time whItes have dropped in population in our country. I take a different view of the senses stat, i dont think It is a net gain for the republicans in this. They will lose the seed in west virginia. They will lose the seat in New York, they will lose a seat in illinois. That is net three down. It means you have the gain to gain for more from the other states. All of the Population Growth is among african americans, asian voters, latino voters, and people of mixed race. All of the Population Growth is of non whIte voters. Especially true in texas juanIta, i will give the last word to you. I could only come up wIth the phrase, Solemn Numbness at the top of the broadcast as we all as the country learn two more names. Andrew brown, Isaiah Brown. Yeah, brian. This is yet another rinse and repeat cycle of police using deadly force against black and brown people. What we saw as we found more information about the Body Cam Footage of both these incidences is that none of these individuals were a direct force to police, yet the use deadly force. This is another reminder that things need to change systemically wIthin policing in this country, because i am tired of seeing these footage is. Im tired of seeing black bodies murdered at the hands of police. I know the rest of the communIty and this country is as well. So, thats why It is time to pass the George Floyd Bail into congress. Thats why Its time to reimagine policing, and stop killing black and brown people. The words, sick and tired of being sick and tired come to mind. Once, again juanIta, can thank you both enough for taking our questions. Coming up, It was a declaration many saw on as tickets overdue. A grammy winning artist from long and hard to have the massacre of 1 Million armenians named ms secure. Hes standing by to talk wIth us. Talk wIt us so you smell them later. Ew right . That clip right there, was from a 1975 documentary called the forgotten genocide. 1975, by armenian born filmmaker, Jay Michael Hug opium. If the Narrators Voice sayings at all familiar, that was Creek Or Eleni and. Better known by the my name mike better known as man. Ex Mike Connors was a Benefactor And Donor to many armenian causes. He never forgot. To this day, the turkish government still denies the genocide, but finally, the unIted states has joined the list of nations on the right side of history in this one. On saturday, armenian Remembrance Day in, wIth the simple act of issuing a Ite-house'>WhIte House statement. Joe biden fulfilled a promise made by multiple president s before him. Recognizing the Mass Killing of over 1 Million armenians by turks in World Ward one as a genocide. Today, Turkeys President erdogan condemned that top telling turkey to reverse Its course. There are dedicating many of their lives as their work for two years as a solo artist, and as the Iter'>Singer And SongwrIter of the grammy winning band, system of down. He appears in a more recent documentary on the topic called, truth to power. We are so pleased to welcome to the broadcast night, serge tank ian. Serge, thank you for being wIth us. I was thinking this evening, i dont know an armenian american family in all my life, where the kids in that family didnt grow up steeped in these stories, and told the phrase, we associate wIth a later genocide, never forget. I am guessing that is the case wIth you. I am also guessing, may have been times during your adult lifetime, when this, the unIted states using the G Word seemed unattainable. Absolutely, brian. Thank you for having me on. You know, all four migrant parents were survivors of the armenian genocide. We grew up wIth the stories of how they are, you know, families were massacred, and how we much of a tough life they had. What they had to live through. Seeing president biden recognize the genocide, being the first president to do that, Its huge. Not just to armenian americans, but to armenians around the world, greeks and the syrians around the world, who are also massacred by the Ottoman Turks in 1950. It is a huge thing for us. Its an amazing milestone towards receiving justice from turkey, ultimately. Lets speak english here. Erdogan is bombed, because he has lost the Best Friend he was ever going to have in the Ite-house'>WhIte House. Why is he so immovable, and deeply upset at the use of the Word Genocide given the fact that, as you say, It happened so long ago . First of all, brian, turkey is not a free society. If you were in turkey, you would likely be in jail for all the exposes youve likely done over the years. Their Foreign Policy has been horrible in recent in last year, along wIth i sure by John Imported Syrian missionaries and hurt people living on indigenous lands. Theyve been causing havoc in syria, libya, and medIterranean, wIth their drilling practices. Turkey society is based on a myth. They have been lying to the people for 106 years. Its going to be hard for the him to go back and tell them that they have been like two for 106 years, that those lands are steeped wIth blood, of our people. One and a half million massacred armenians, greeks, and a syringe during World War i. It is unforgivable. We hope that one day we can a change estes from turkey the right way, but It doesnt seem to be something that is going to happen under arrogance steeped regime. Let me bring this story, along wIth another story that has changed the direction of News Coverage in this country. I will say this, the George Floyd verdict, It wasnt The End of anything. Nor people need to understand, does this declaration and anything. Tell our viewers what is yet to be done, what needs to be done. You touched on It in your last answer. Well first, we are really grateful that turkey can no longer Spend Millions of dollars wIth Case Lawyers for the State Department not to use the Word Genocide. We are grateful for. That genocide should never be used for polItical or economic reasons. The road ahead is not of justice. I think there should be, just like the holocaust, after World War ii, there should be some type of Reformation Setting up a museums. First and foremost, there should be an apology by turkey. A recognItion of Its own history, of Its own past. For the sake of Its own history, and the sake of Its people. If not for armenians, greeks, and a syrians. I think thats the next step. Im not exactly sure what are the steps in that process, but that will be the next step. We have to end the justice. People always asked, me what would happen if turkey just came would one day and said we recognize the genocide. I was said, thats like something you are chasing for 100 years that burned on your house, killed your family, to finally go turn around and said okay fine, i did It, what . What does that mean, wIthout justice . Killers go to jail. What does that mean wIthout justice . We need to get justice ultimately. This is an amazing first step. We are extremely grateful. Extremely excIted of the possibilIties that this can open wIth other nations, recognizing the injustice. Australia, new zealand, england they still havent understood that this is a genocide. Thrown History Math marks the refugees and soldiers that were protected. This is getting there. Its an incredible step in the right direction. N incredibi can see you have Foa Moment to feel good about the advance that this indicates while you lay out in graphic detail, the work yet to be done. Serge tonkin, Its a great pleasure having you on. Thank you for your work. The music you make in that room, and elsewhere. Thank you for your advocacy. Again to our viewers, the documentary is called truth to power. By the, way the new ap, elasticIty, both available to buy and stream right now as they say. Serge top ian has been our guest tonight. The trends are, down the overseeing against vaccination immunIty and the population, wears before the games that we saw were a result of the behavior of people being prudent of what they were doing. Now Its the result of immunIty. So, that was good news there, that can only be jeopardized by Itancy'>Vaccine HesItancy at this point. Over half the Adult Population in our country has received at least one dose of the vaccine, but the average number of doses administered per day, has dropped to 2. 7 million, that might seem like a lot but It happens to be the lowest level since late march. Back wIth us again tonight, doctor more Thaw Act or he is a clinical Assistant Protector at the universIty of medicine in phoenix. Doctor, i dont need to tell you the debate over mask wearing, indoors Its nothing like the debate over mask wearing outdoors. Before i get you on the record, i will share something wIth you, mr. Tucker Collar Son from fox News Tonight will discuss on the other side. The next time you see someone in a mask on the sidewalk, or on the bike path, do not hesItate, as polItely as firmly would you please take off your mask . The shine shows there is no reason for you to be wearing It. Your mask is making me uncomfortable. Your response when you see children wearing masks as they play, should be no different from your response to seeing someone beat a kid at walmart called the police immediately, Contact Child protective services. Doctor, what do you make of that . Yeah. Somebody wearing a mask is exactly like somebody being a child, that is ridiculous. I see people in the er who actually have endured child abuse, and that is a horrible sItuation to make light of It, i guess Its tough. Its mo does your, thats really goes. For a clearly wearing a mask harms no one, It actually helps a lot of people. If you are outside and distance from people, there is probablylimIted value, but there is no value and going up to somebody on a bike, and saying excuse, me take off your mask. You are making me feel uncomfortable. For the people who make fun of him for being triggered, It is amazing how much tucker and his audience get triggered by people wearing a mask. All we are doing is trying to save peoples lives. Doctor, why the Drop Off in Vaccination Rate in our country, again 2. 7 million a day, if you had told us a year ago, It wouldve been miraculous. And Its is. It is down from the high in march. Yeah, i dont take away from how much of a feat this, is clearly the vaccination has to nze is bad. We knew we were gonna to reach a plateau at some point. I remember in the pandemic we were saying where has all that gone . Clearly they have gone into a hole hopefully they never came out. Well, they came out. There are plenty of people who were always going to say, i dont want to get vaccinated. If It really is about 30 , which is short of the number we are seeing right now, Its pretty horrible. Its funny, early in the pandemic we were saying Its not vaccines that saved lives, but vaccination that saves life. We needed a vaccine, first and we have gotten a few vaccines that are very, very effective. Their only effective if you get them. So, if you want to reach herd immunIty, the only way of getting It is by vaccinating people, or infecting people. I can reassure you, i am in the er right now, that people who get infected and come to the hospItal, they do not look good. Vaccination is much better. I was gonna say, that looked like standard er Interior Decor behind you, that would be a whIte wall. Hey, doc, i was interested to learn that the eu is going to allow american tourists to fly to europe. They are going to demand proof of vaccination. So, that will be interesting. You mentioned herd immunIty, how close by, or how elusive in your view, It is that point, that Tipping Point of herd immunIty for us . For one, apologies for the decor. Blame the hospItal. To, as for herd immunIty, you know, i think It is ironic that It is such a gettable task which watch and effective vaccine. If you look at the number of people have been vaccinated, and the number of people have been affected, granted there is a reasonable overlap, It may not be that far off, the issue is in that time, while youre waIting for that immunIty, variance form, and they spread. The virus doesnt care what humans want, It will mutate the longer It is there. Remember, this is a global virus, so if we reach herd immunIty in the unIted states, and you get on a plane and travel, that doesnt mean you necessarily are unharmed by the virus. We need to work together. I know It sounds cliche, but Its not just us in. This all these other countries that are also suffering, they get their people vaccinated. We need to do our part to help them. Helping them, helps us. Doctor amours the actor, thank you for always taking our questions back into the er for you, im afraid.
