june 24 marks two years since the hand-picked majority on the supreme court overturned roe v. wade with the dobbs ruling, stripping the right for abortion access for american women. ahead of that anniversary, congressional democrats are stepping up their efforts to protect what is left of reproductive rights. house democrats unveiled a plan to try to force a vote to codify the right to birth control access, yes i said birth control, and force republicans to go on the record opposing the right to access all fda approved contraception. the measure would require 218 signatures, and majority of the house, to get around republican leadership and force a floor vote. >> it is time for republicans
