The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has won 50 out of 82 seats reserved for Scheduled Tribes and Scheduled Castes in the Madhya Pradesh assembly polls, a 17-segment increase from the 2018 election. The BJP has expanded its base among the SC and ST communities in the state. However, Union minister Faggan Singh Kulaste lost the election. The BJP retained power in the state by winning 163 seats, relegating the Congress to a distant second with 66 seats.
