MP elections: Undeterred by 18 defeats, Indore resident jumps into poll fray again; files nomination for MP assembly elections

Parmanand Tolani, a resident of Indore, has filed his nomination as an independent candidate for the upcoming Madhya Pradesh assembly polls. Despite losing 18 elections in the past, Tolani continues to contest as it boosts his self-confidence. His family, known as the "Indori Dharti Pakad" family, has a tradition of contesting elections but has never won. Tolani promises to exempt property tax and municipal fees if elected. His daughter also expressed interest in continuing the family tradition of contesting elections.
