The motel featured in the show which became known to fans as the Rosebud Motel is currently up for sale in Mono, Ontatio (50 miles northwest from Toronto)! The property is currently listed at $1.6 million dollars. Before Schitt's Creek moved in and used the property for the show, it housed Canadien basketball recruits! The current owner is hoping that the next owner will turn the property into a Schitt's Creek themed motel. I think we'd all like to see that.
