March 9, 2021 Morse Industries welcomed DeJarrette “DJ” Woodruff as its new customer service experience manager. Originally from Spartanburg, South Carolina, Woodruff has worked in the customer service industry for over 10 years and is a 12-year army veteran. He spent time as a supervisor with a state government agency, and developed standard processing goals, introduced innovative hiring tools, and production standards.
