DELAWARE COUNTY, PA — Authorities in Lehigh County said a Delaware County man who was the driver in a crash that killed him and two passengers, as well as hurt another Delaware County man, was drunk and speeding.
According to Pennlive.com, Nicholas White, 23, of Chadds Ford, was speeding and had a blood alcohol content of 0.14 percent when he crashed on March 6 in Upper Saucon Township, Lehigh County.
