Moray e-bike crash: Teens killed in devastating collision named locally as friends pay tribute

The pair have been named as Marcus Beck, 17, and 16-year-old Gregor Booth. A 54-year-old man who was driving one of the cars involved, a blue Vauxhall Mokka, is also in hospital with serious injuries.
