Missouri, Texas physicians to pay settlement over alleged lab kickback scheme

Two physicians and a medical practice agreed to pay a total of $545,610 to resolve False Claims Act allegations involving kickbacks for labaratory referrals, the U.S. Department of Justice said July 20.
