Miranda Kerr has shared the heartbreaking news that her grandmother Ann died on Saturday, weeks after the death of her grandfather Pete.
The supermodel, 37, posted a heartfelt tribute to her beloved nan on Instagram on Wednesday, praising Ann for making her the woman she is today.
'Nan, there are no words to describe how grateful my heart is for you,' she wrote, uploading several throwback photos of the pair spending quality time together.
