The Mercer Island Preschool Association (MIPA) will present its annual Toy Swap event, this year rebranding it as MIPA Market, from 9 a.m. to noon on Nov. 4 at Mercer Island High School. This year, they will expand the event to include a Student Business Fair where students 18 and under can sell their homemade items.
