Minnesota's Renville County opposes North STAR Act

Unanimous vote follows public hearing at which the Renville County Sheriff joined citizens in voicing concerns about the North STAR Act, which would prohibit state and local law enforcement from using state resources for the purpose of civil immigration enforcement.
