The Minister of Local Government of the Government of National Unity, Badr El-Din El-Toumi, has discussed with the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, Humanitarian Coordinator, Georgette Gagnon, the developments of the Murzuq Reconstruction Fund. Both sides also discussed developments in joint cooperation between the ministry and United Nations agencies in all regions of Libya and in the south in particular to implement projects that contribute to improving the quality of life of citizens.
