Metro East animal shelter seeking emergency foster homes, ad

The East St. Louis animal shelter, Gateway Pet Guardians (GPG), is looking for emergency foster homes after multiple dogs were abandoned at the shelter in the last 24 hours, causing the non-profit to enact a rescue freeze Wednesday.
