Massie's Mobile Home Park water cutoff case decision pending

A Montgomery County Circuit judge is expected to issue a ruling in two weeks over tenants' arguments that Massie MHP, a subsidiary of Homes of America LLC, was negligent when it failed to pay a water bill.
