Massachusetts State Police sergeant is denied release from jail, again

A New Hampshire judge has denied a Massachusetts State Police sergeant’s bid to get released from jail as he awaits trial for an assault case.
MSP Sgt. Bryan Erickson, 38, who’s accused of strangling his girlfriend, appealed last week a judge’s ruling to deny him bail. The sergeant has been locked up in New Hampshire’s Rockingham County Jail for more than three weeks after the late January alleged assault at his girlfriend’s home in Exeter.
