Fort Campbell officials are lifting most mask mandates for those who are fully vaccinated. A news release from post says fully-vaccinated individuals will no longer have to wear a mask indoors or outdoors with a few exceptions that include Fort Campbell schools, child development centers, COVID testing sites and military treatment centers including Blanchfield Army Community Hospital.
