Maryland governor signs bills to tighten juvenile justice, expand gun safety measures

Maryland Gov. Wes Moore signed a juvenile justice reform bill Thursday that makes younger juveniles subject to state oversight in criminal cases, a move supporters said will combine accountability and rehabilitation to the benefit of children.
