Jim Marohn Jr winning on Friday Freehold, NJ --- For the fifth day in a row, a harness racing driver won at least four races at Freehold Raceway. On Friday (December 11), Jim Marohn Jr did two better, as he won six races on the 11-race program.
Marohn did his best work on the front end. Five of his winners were in gate-to-wire style. He scored with Live and Let Di in race 2, for trainer Scott DiDomenico, Rossini in the 7th race for trainer Lucas Wallin, Vintage Gal in the eighth race for trainer Brandon Mongiello, Maggnifispin in race 9, AP Emily's Dance in race 11, the latter two for Paul Fusco. Marohn also won race 6 with Don Maiorano's Latoka, keeping him in the pocket and powering up the passing lane in the stretch.
