LEWISTOWN — A man who police say has had nine DUIs was found unresponsive last week in a vehicle in Derry Township containing several high-caliber firearms, according to a press release from Mifflin County Regional Police Department
Police said they were dispatched to 406 Yale St. where EMS personnel discovered a male unresponsive and behind the wheel of a 1998 Toyota 4-Runner in an area where several children were playing and there were several bystanders. As the man, later indentified as Rodney L. Miller, of 108 Spring St. in Lewistown, became alert once more, he tried to exit the vehicle while it was moving and still in gear before being placed into park.
