Man sentenced in deadly road rage incident on Hwy. 18 : comp

The man accused of shooting a driver in a July 2022 road rage incident along Highway 18 was sentenced to the Oregon State Hospital after changing his plea to guilty except for insanity in Polk County Courtroom Thursday morning.
