Man pleads guilty to killing 2 Chesapeake city employees in 2021 high-speed crash

Ishmell Seymore, 25, pleaded guilty to two counts of felony murder and eluding police for a crash that killed David Jones and Jennifer O'Connell. Both worked as commercial real estate appraisers for the city of Chesapeake.
