A silver 2002 Toyota Tundra crashed at 10:20 a.m. Friday, April 23, near Welch Boulevard and Seneca Street after being reported stolen roughly 10 minutes earlier in Mt. Morris Township, according to a news release from the Flint Police Department. The vehicle was headed south on Clio Road at a high rate of speed when the driver lost control of the vehicle and it went off the right shoulder of the road as the car turned east onto Welch Boulevard, police said.
