Man dies after motorcycle collided with battery-run van in Dhaka’s Paribagh Star Digital Report Star Digital Report A motorcyclist died and his pillion rider sustained injuries after their bike collided with a battery-run van on an apparently vacant road in Dhaka's Paribagh area early today. The deceased was identified as Mohiuddin, 30, an employee of a shop at Gausia Market, police said. The incident occurred around 1:30am when Mohiuddin along with his friend Tanvir, 25, went out of his Kamrangirchar home with the bike during the "strict lockdown", said Champak Chakraborty, a sub-inspector of Shahbagh Police Station. As they reached near a petrol pump in Paribagh area, the bike collided with the van, leaving them injured, he said.
