Long Island man is arrested and charged with murder after cops found him burning another man's body in his backyard at 2am
Peter Pendzinski, 20, is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly killing a man and burning his body in Shirley, New York, backyard 
Neighbor called 911 to report the fire at 2am on Saturday, prompting police to discover the burning remains 
Pendzinski was taken to a hospital to be treated for injuries he suffered during the fire 
Autopsy will be perform to identify the male victim of the killing and determine the cause of death
