Reinne J. Lim, an Anaheim resident who was in the front passenger seat of the car struck by the alleged DUI driver, was pronounced dead at the scene. The car Lim was in was driven by Tommy Le, 22, of Costa Mesa, who broke his right leg and right hand, the CHP reported.
