Man charged in attack at shelter remanded Back to video Peter Quenneville, 46, of North Bay, is charged with one count each of assault with a weapon, possession of a substance and breach of probation. Quenneville was charged earlier this month after an adult male employee was stabbed in the back with a syringe. North Bay police were called to the low-barrier shelter on Chippewa Street shortly before 9 p.m. Feb. 11 following the incident.
