Man arrested in Roseburg courthouse burglary
Deputies said they were able to obtain surveillance footage that showed the suspect enter the building on Sunday.

ROSEBURG, Ore. -- A Roseburg man was arrested for allegedly breaking into the Douglas County courthouse on Sunday, Dec. 13.
According to the sheriff's office, on Dec. 14, deputies were notified of a burglary which had occurred sometime over the weekend. An employee reporting for work at the courthouse reported a damaged door.
Deputies said they obtained surveillance footage that showed Robert Kemp, 27, entering the building at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Dec 13. Deputies processed the scene and collected evidence to further the investigation.
