Man arrested after taking US Forest Service vehicle on week-long 'joy ride'

A well-traveled man, who authorities said stole a U.S. Forest Service vehicle in Manchester and then took it on a joy ride throughout Vermont and the Northeast before parking it inside an unused armory for several days while living in Washington County, has been ordered jailed.
