Losee, 22, on the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 2, appeared via Zoom before Saginaw County District Judge Terry L. Clark. Defense attorney James F. Piazza said Losee wished to waive his right to a preliminary examination, during which prosecutors would have to provide probable cause that crimes were committed and that Losee perpetrated them.
