Realty developer Casagrand is looking to invest over Rs 8,000 crore to develop properties spread over 20 million sq ft across key cities of Maharashtra over the next 3 years as part of its expansion and geographic diversification plan. The company has so far delivered over 140 projects and 40,000 homes across Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, and Hyderabad. In Maharashtra, the company is planning to focus on Mumbai and Pune property markets and the total investment plan includes land and development cost.
