Macomb prosecutor to appeal rape case ruling to U.S. Supreme

The state Court of Appeals upheld the convictions but the state high court in July reversed the convictions, saying Toia failed to provide a legal reasonto close the courtroom to the public so violated his Sixth Amendment right.
