Mabanaft announced that it has successfully completed the strategic acquisition of WESTFA Energy GmbH, including all its subsidiaries and shareholdings, following the earlier announcement of signing an agreement in December 2023 to purchase the business from Adeleon Familienholding GmbH, formerly WESTFA Holding GmbH.
