There is so much development going on in Mississauga’s downtown core, it can make heads spin with an estimated 40 high-rise projects of varying size either currently being built or planned within the next five to 10 years.

Without any height restrictions, there are some massive towers in development, one of which is M City’s M3. At 81-storeys, it will be the city’s tallest building, and now there is also the pending launch of M4, spanning 67-storeys and the latest tower to be announced as part of the massive, master-planned community called M City.
