Luck-y! Winning state lottery ticket sold in tiny town of Lu

In a stroke of "luck," the winning ticket for a $15.1 lottery in Wisconsin was sold in the appropriately named town of Luck, which has about 1,100 residents. The prize was claimed on Monday, Jan. 9.
