Table Hopping By Steve Barnes, senior writer on April 19, 2021 at 9:40 AM Provided photo. The Lucas Confectionery in Troy reopened over the weekend, and its menu is back to the focus it had upon originally opening, in late 2012: cheese, charcuterie and natural wines by the glass. The menuhas mix-and-match offerings of six cheeses and five cured meats, plus olives, almonds, tinned sardines, mussels and octopus, and a few desserts. There are 10 wines by the glass, three draft beers, four beers by the bottle and Yesfolk kombucha. The Confectionery will be 4 to 11 p.m. Thursday to Saturday this week, with days/hours expected to expand in the coming weeks, I’m told by owner Vic Christopher. The wine bar is at 12 Second St.
