中油高煉廠16.79萬坪

行政院打造南部半導體材料「S」廊帶，其中材料研發核心將落腳高市楠梓中油高雄煉油廠，高市府將啓動55.49公頃無污染土地都市計畫變更案，將特種工業區變更為商業區、產業專用區、特定文化專用區、保存區、加油站專用區、公園用地及道路用地，中油也預計投入近60億元經費開發，預估帶動地方1.6萬就業人數。
