行政院的「振興五倍券」完成規畫，五倍券使用效期出爐，知情官員上午透露，國發會規畫五倍券10月上旬上路，效期將可使用到明年4月底，今天上午國發會經濟發展處處長吳明蕙向行政院院會提出上述報告，五倍券使用效期將超過半年，約將近7個月的效期。不過，官員說，今天應還不會公布五倍券樣張，有關樣張待政院下次宣布。
