Salvador Abdul Jones, 35, was taken into custody in the Music City without incident on May 7, with Louisville Metro Police, Metropolitan Nashville Police and FBI Louisville among the agencies that collaborated on the case. Jones allegedly robbed six banks between April 2 and May 5, and LMPD Lt. Mindy Vance said four of the robberies took place in the Louisville area. LMPD spokeswoman Beth Ruoff said Jones has "ties" to Nashville but that it is unknown if he had a permanent home address.
