Lompoc man pleads guilty to vehicular manslaughter in death

Santa Barbara County District Attorney John T. Savrnoch announced Wednesday that Kyle Nelson, a 32-year-old resident of Lompoc, pled guilty to two counts of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated.
