Locals flock to beaches, lakes in conjunction with Deepavali

KUALA LUMPUR: Beaches and lakes were among the focuses of the public with the replacement holiday for Deepavali on Monday (Nov 13) for recreation besides relieving stress or "healing" as the younger generation would say these days.
