Local News: Affidavits reveal more details in Feb. 25 arrests (3/9/21)

Officers from the Green Forest Police Department, the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office and several other agencies work the scene on Feb. 25 after a vehicle driven by Tiffany McDonald, 37 of Harrison, led officers on a nearly 30-mile chase at speeds topping 100 mph.

Three Harrison residents arrested by Green Forest police on Feb. 25 after a home-invasion style armed robbery and a high-speed chase through southern Carroll County openly discussed killing their two victims and dismembering the bodies before disposing of them, according to probable-cause affidavits.

The three suspects — identified as Adrien Blanc, 30; Tiffany McDonald, 37; and Tasha Barfield, 33 — were formally charged Friday with multiple felonies after allegedly forcing their way into a Green Forest residence and threatening two men with firearms and “a large knife” before leading law enforcement officers on a nearly 30-mile chase at speeds upward of 100 mph before finally being apprehended.
