Lincoln man asks to withdraw guilty plea to selling drugs stolen from Nebraska State Patrol

In a letter to the court filed Wednesday, George Weaver Jr. blamed his attorney for, among other things, failing to address Weaver's mental health issues prior to the plea hearing.
