Library for the Blind volunteer to compete in Miss Oklahoma

In her role as Miss Grand Lake 2024, Payne advocates for and promotes OLBPH. Her friends at the library will support her when she competes for the 2024 Miss Oklahoma title at River Spirit Casino Resort in Tulsa in June.
