Lennox Island, DFO strike deal for 2023 moderate livelihood

Fisheries and Oceans Canada says the one-year interim understanding with the P.E.I.-based First Nation was reached on Wednesday, four days before the band's lobster crews were to set their first traps for the season — with or without DFO signoff.
