Monthly bills were reported as $17,729.91. The finance report was for the last month of the 2020-2021 fiscal year. The city ended the year with 105% revenues and 88% expenditures. Five pay requests were approved for the total amount of $53,189.90 for the Runway and Taxi Micro-surfacing and Striping project. The Council recognized Trey Lawrence as Water System Specialist of the Year North District; and Principals of the Year Dion Bradford of Parkway Elementary School and Karen Robertson of West Leesville Elementary School. Mr. Cedric Floyd of the Data Center made a presentation to the Council regarding the use of his company for the reapportionment and redistricting that will have to be done once the census data is released.
