Lawsuit, settlement for taser use at York Jail cost nearly $800,000

The risk management pool for Maine's counties paid $415,000 in legal fees and a $385,000 settlement to Brian Dunnigan over his allegations that York County Jail officers broke several of his ribs and left scars on his chest with a Taser.
